FlexJump Care & Safety
To get the most out of your FlexJump purchase follow these steps for
care, safety and to avoid injury:
• Not intended for children.
• Check the rubber tubing each time you use it to be sure there are no holes or frayed areas.
• Clean bands by wiping with a damp cloth.
• Do not use soap or any cleaning products to clean bands as these can deteriorate the strength of the band.
• While the FlexJump can be used outside, please do not store for extended periods of time in direct sunlight.
• Keep away from heat sources.
• Do not stretch FlexJump sections over twice their length.
• Do not release the handle or any part of the FlexJump while under tension as injury can occur.
• When using the FlexJump in a Jump rope mode, friction at the handles will occur. Periodically check the friction guard material, above the handle, to make sure there are no holes or frayed areas.

Every FlexJump has a 12 month parts warranty. If you find any issues with your product discontinue use and email sales@GetFlexJump.com with a description (including pictures) of the part or piece that is dysfunctional. Please include order number or purchase email confirmation and we will take care of the issue.

ASSUMPTION OF RISKS: By buying, using, or allowing the use of this product, you understand and agree that cardio training, boxing form training, yoga, resistance training, jump fitness, physical therapy aids, stretching and fitness demonstration pose certain risks and, to the extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume the risks associated including, but not limited to, bodily injury and trauma while using this product, regardless of misuse or equipment malfunction from whatever cause. Additionally, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third party claims arising from use of this product.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TRAINERS, GYM OWNERS AND PHYSICAL THERAPISTS: Before you allow others to use this product you agree that you will require that they read, understand, and agree to the GENERAL RISK ASSESSMENT and ASSUMPTION OF RISKS and you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any claims made by them arising from their use of the product.
LIMITED WARRANTY DISCLAIMER: Our products have a parts warranty on materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. Our sole liability is limited to repairing or replacing products that are returned within this 6 month period, unless specific product literature specifies otherwise.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: As set forth above, under the limited warranty provisions, our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the product in question which is returned in the specified period of time. Our responsibility and liability shall not exceed the value of the products sold. We shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of the product. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability of special or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to your purchase, but it is intended to be the maximum limitation as permitted by law.
